Not Too Cold, Not Too Sweet

Fasting Break!

To break my fasting today: the tropical freshy: cold blewah *what is blewah in English?*, passionfruit, a little bit of honey. Stirred together with water, room temperature cold, and… Maghrib time was just so gratefully fresh and naturally sweet. Not too sweet, though. Not too cold, either.

Have a nice fasting break, everyone. Isn’t fasting such a bless?

  1. blewah is my favorit… hmmm…
apalagi bagian bijinya diaduk sama air dingin terus disaring, campurin sama daging buahnya…
    jadinya kuahnya orange gitu
    haduuuhh… nikmeh beneeeerrr

love your composition of colours !

Jadi ya liat aja tuh butiran warnanya kasar banget🙂

  3. in Malaysia (my state that is) we wud call it betik.. a cantaloupe family. somewhat fragrant.

perhaps you might want to try eating it with light coconut milk+brown sugar sauce..heaven on earth!
